All About Online Petitions

When I started looking into Online Petitions I wasn’t really looking because I had a petition in mind. I just wanted to see what they were and how they were used. Well, I found thousands of petitions on free petition websites with titles like “vote against celebrating so-and-so’s birthday”. If there was a true legal petition someone seriously wanted to push to their senator, I would have no idea how to find it. If there was one, it was lost in the sea of nonsense. True, some of these had thousands of signatures, but I couldn’t figure out who those people were pretending to be. Also, the ones that had thousands of signatures were years old. Not very effective.
